Mainline Global Realty is a Cleveland real estate company owned and run by Jermaine Humphrey. It stands on two things: the building trade and the numbers.
Jermaine graduated from Max S. Hayes High School's building construction program in 2001, then spent ten years working under his uncle, a builder with forty years in construction and a decade in real estate. That is where the trade came from: what a house is really worth, and what it really costs to fix.
He bought his first house in 2009, his first tax-deed property in 2013, and has bought seven houses in his life. Five he sold. One he rents today. The first one he ever bought, he took down to the lot, and he still holds the ground. Every one of them taught something, mostly by mistake.
Mainline Global Realty LLC was formed in 2022 to put nearly twenty years of that experience under one name. One lesson holds through all of it: the deal is in the numbers and the documents. Everything else is talk.

Working with his lender, Jermaine saw how a clean set of numbers changes what a bank says yes to. Most first-time investors never get that far. They get bad information, or none at all. Cleveland has neighborhoods that were redlined for generations and still carry the cost.
